We recently celebrated the ground breaking for the new 148 Dodge project with NP Dodge Real Estate. We would like to extend our thanks to the Mayor, Nate Dodge, Sandy Dodge, David Brown with the Greater Omaha Chamber, the NP Dodge Real Estate team, , and everyone else that could attend. Actual building construction will start Spring of 2015.
Carlson Kennedy Construction was recently awarded the construction management contract for the construction of the 148 Dodge Project for NP Dodge Real Estate. The new residential real estate office building will be located at 148th and Dodge in Omaha, Nebraska. This project is slated to start in Spring of 2015 and completed in the late fall. The project is a continuation of our team relationship started at 204 Dodge with NP Dodge and The Architectural Office.
The new 5,956sf bank building is located at 84th and Interstate 80. The project includes a complete demolition of the existing structure and the building the new bank.
The project consists of erecting the building shell for a condo investment client. The building totaled 10,300sf and consisted of 6 individual tenant bays. In addition to the shell we are currently under contract to finish out 2 of the tenant bays.
In 2012 Carlson Kennedy was hired to take over construction of the Springhill Ridge Apartment complex. During the course of the year we finished the 4,000sf clubhouse and completed the last 24 plex building that was under construction. In the winter of 2012 we were hired to start the final phase of construction which includes building 4 additional buildings (114 units total) and 4 additional detached garage structures.
